1.APPETIZERS: Offer a variety of premium loose-leaf teas or alternatively, a flute of chilled Champagne and complement it with French chocolates or macaroons, arranged on a tray. 2.DIAGNOSIS: While the client enjoys their refreshment, initiate a conversation, taking the time to understand their current hair and scalp concerns. Chronologiste ritual is dedicated to aging hair and scalp, mainly characterized by dry hair and sensitised scalp. Inform your client about the different steps of the rituals. Explain the main benefits, and the fact that it's inspired by both skincare practices and ancient Asian traditions, focusing on specific points on their scalp to promote scalp health and a sense of overall well-being. 3.PREPARATION (IN FRONT OF THE CLIENT): Once the diagnostic step is complete, open the Chronologiste box and showcase the tools while explaining the ritual and its benefits. Then, using the spoon, carefully place the black pearls (5gr) into the pearl presser. Position the presser over the bowl and gently press the pearls to turn it into liquid. Use the spoon to collect any remaining liquid from the presser. Add a spoonful (20gr) of the Chronologiste black mask to the bowl. Using the spoon, gently blend the mask with the pearls. Place the bowl containing the blended pearls and mask aside. Finally, bring the client to the back bar. 4.BACK BAR - 5 MINUTES BAIN SETTING: Take a moment to assess the sink setup. If a built-in cushion is lacking, fold a clean towel into quarters, creating a support for their neck. Prior to wetting the client’s hair, ask directly: "Is this water temperature comfortable for you?" BATHE: After receiving confirmation, gently wet the hair, and evenly distribute 5-10 ml, according to length, of the Chronologiste Bain Régénérant, focusing on the scalp. Rinse thoroughly. 5.BACK BAR - 5 MINUTES MASK APPLICATION TREAT: After towel-drying the hair, begin the application of the mask with a black brush on the scalp. Once the scalp is covered, work the mask through the lengths and ends of the hair. Distribute the product evenly, ensuring full coverage. 6. BACK BAR - 2 MINUTES ACUPRESSURE STIMULATION HAIRLINE TO MID-HEAD: Holding the acupressure tool with the spherical end gently against the scalp, beginning at the hairline. Employ slow, deliberate circular motions, then transition to gentle, linear strokes following the same path. Repeat this movement approximately five times, gradually moving across the entire scalp. TEMPLE TO EAR: Rotate the tool to utilize the flat end, applying a consistent, medium pressure as you glide from the temples towards the ears. Once on each side of the head. BETWEEN TEMPLE AND EAR: Return to the spherical end, focusing on the area between the temple and ear. Apply gentle circular motions. Once on each side of the head. EAR TO BACK OF HEAD: Maintain contact with the spherical end, applying constant, medium pressure as you move from behind the ears to the base of the head. Repeat twice on each side of the head. BACK OF HEAD TO MID-HEAD: Gently lift the client's head, providing support with one hand as you transition to the final stage. Using the spherical end, repeat the circular and linear motions across the scalp, similarly to the movements used at the beginning of the massage. Repeat three times across the scalp and neck. Throughout the massage, adjust pressure based on client feedback. 7.BACK BAR - 10 MINUTES MASSAGE As you begin the hand massage, subtly invert the 10-minute hourglass marking the start of the hand massage. STROKING: With the client's head gently lifted, place your fingertips at the base of the neck, just above the hairline. Slowly and fluidly, glide your fingers upward along the nape, gradually increasing pressure as you move. Repeat this soothing stroke five times. EFFLEURAGE: Rest your fingertips lightly on the client's scalp. Beginning at the hairline, glide your fingers in slow, deliberate circles, moving upwards towards the crown of the head and back down. Repeat this flowing movement approximately five times, ensuring even coverage. EFFLEURAGE 2: Maintain the same gentle pressure and pace, but transition to a delicate zigzag motion. Starting at the hairline, glide your fingertips upwards towards the crown, then back down. Repeat this movement five times, encompassing the entire scalp. PETRISSAGE: Position one hand at the client's hairline and the other at the crown of their head. Using a firm yet gentle touch, begin to knead the scalp. Alternate between lifting and squeezing motions, moving slowly from the hairline to the crown. Repeat this technique three times. SHIATSU: With light, claw-like grips, apply gentle pressure to the client's scalp using your fingertips. Adjust the pressure according to their comfort, focusing on any areas of noticeable tightness or tension. Integrate your thumbs to target specific pressure points along the sides of the scalp, alleviating any knots or trigger points. Transition then to light, fluid strokes, spreading your fingers like a comb. Gently stroke upwards and back from the sides of the head, avoiding any pulling of the hair. Pay particular attention to the hairline, using gentle upward movements to stimulate circulation. Continue these flowing strokes from the hairline down towards the neck, ensuring comprehensive scalp coverage. Conclude the Shiatsu sequence with soothing, smoothing strokes that mimic the motion of gently brushing the hair back from the face. Repeat this step four times. 9.BACK BAR CONCLUSION Gently guide your client back to the present. Rinse their hair thoroughly, twice. With a delicate touch, begin detangling any knots with the comb. As the treatment draws to a close, gently tap your fingertips across the entire scalp. Once the last grains of the hourglass run down, complete the experience by wrapping the client's head in a soft, warm towel. 10.STYLING STATION (20/30 MINUTES) Based on the initial diagnosis and insights gained throughout the service, carefully select the most beneficial serum for the client's specific needs. Explain the serum's targeted benefits and apply it directly to their scalp, using gentle fingertips to ensure even distribution. With the serum absorbed, proceed to blow dry the client's hair. As a final touch, apply a few drops of Chronologiste L’Huile de Parfum oil. Warm the oil gently between your palms before delicately working it through the lengths and ends of the hair. 11.AFTER THE RITUAL Upon completion of the Chronologiste ritual, offer on a tray, a refreshing, chilled or heated towel. Provide a personalized, handwritten card suggesting the Chronologiste retail regimen (bain, mask, and oil). Offer a complimentary follow-up consultation, 3 days/up to one week after the Chronologiste treatment to assess results, provide personalized styling advice and rebook a new Chronologiste ritual with the client. 12.ONCE THE CLIENT HAS LEFT Rinse the tools thoroughly and place them back in the Coffret, maintaining the order of the presentation.
